Welcome to Winterloo! An annual, free festival for all ages that is open to the public and run by the City of Waterloo’s arts and creative industries team, Create Waterloo. Enjoy winter-themed activities in Waterloo Public Square (75 King) on the new rescheduled date of Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Due to weather, Winterloo 2024 has become Winterloo Lite. This means the festival will only be held in Waterloo Public Square and will feature a few less activities than normally offered at a regular Winterloo.
